Ley Hill School
The staff at Ley hill School are great supporters of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle campaign and last year they ran a competiiton to look for the most creative things to do with plastic carrier bags.
We were very honoured to be asked to judge the competition. There were some very fine entries and we were delighted to see all the ideas and creativity that the pupils produced. The winning entries are shown below.
On 31st March, Alison Phillips and Donna Forbes were invited to introduce the Plastic Bag Free Chesham campaign at the school assembly. We very much appreciated the opportunity and had a lovely time talking to a very enthusiastic and informed group of pupils. Our thanks to Rosie Mann for organising this and to Paul De Koning for his support.
The winning entries are as follows:-
1st Prize - Freya Millard (6th Year)

2nd Prize - Samual F. (Reception)

3rd Prize - Rosalind Bull (1st Year)
